HTC will be holding demos of its Vive headset tonight and tomorrow in fifteen cities across the United States as a promotion for the new Paranormal Activity movie.
I have tried the Vive headset, and it was significantly farther along than any other virtual reality headset I’ve tried. If you get a change, go — but be prepared to stand in a very long line.
The demonstrations will run from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. each evening at AMC theaters in Boston, Las Vegas, New York, as well as Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington, Texas and California.
Here are the addresses of the theaters:
- AMC Loews White Marsh 16 Baltimore, MD
- AMC Neshaminy 24 Bensalem, PA
- AMC Loews Boston Common 19 Boston, MA
- AMC Century City 15 Century City, CA
